Star-studded Terrence Higgins Trust Supper Club raises £90,000

Last night's Terrence Higgins Trust Supper Club, the ninth annual fundraiser for the HIV and sexual health charity, raised over £90,000, and was supported by famous guests including Graham Norton, Heidi Range, Cilla Black, Jason Isaacs, Jodie Prenger, Pattie Boyd, Jacquetta Wheeler and Gail Porter.

This year it was hosted by celebrities including Yasmin Le Bon, Donna Air, Jasmine Guinness and Brix Smith-Start, with fifty extravagant dinner parties staged simultaneously at some of London's finest restaurants, including Galvin at Windows, China Tang, Scott's, Nobu, The Greenhouse and Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley.

After dinner, guests were chauffeur-driven to the Cuban nightspot Floridita for champagne, cocktails from Sagatiba, dancing and exclusive performances by Alphabeat and DJ Danny Rampling.

Hosts, performers and attendees at the Supper Club in the past have included Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Ewan McGregor, Erin O'Connor, Graham Norton, Faye Ripley, Jodie Kidd, Paul Bettany, Nancy Dell'Olio, Tracey Emin, Lily Cole and June Sarpong.

All of the restaurants involved in the event donated their services free of charge to raise funds for THT, whose director of fundraising, Debbie Holmes said: "This year, the Supper Club has been bigger than ever before, with over 600 guests, more than 50 dinners, and an amazing live set from Alphabeat. All the money raised will go directly towards our vital work supporting people living with, or affected by HIV, so we're delighted that the event was so well supported."
