One in eight B&Bs would turn away gay couples

The poll Are You Gay-Friendly?  was conducted by the trade website Bed & Breakfast Owner.
 
It follows the case of Michael Black and John Morgan, the two gay men who were refused accommodation  at a Berkshire B&B in account of their sexuality in March of this year.

The Equality Act (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2007 makes it an offence to refuse goods or services to on grounds of sexual orientation.
 
87% of the resondents said that they would be comfortable with a same-sex couple sharing a double-bedded room.
