Vincent Ma, 31, a gay waiter at the Michelin-starred restaurant Yauatcha in London’s Soho, was also humiliated by two male managers pretending to kiss in front of him.
Duty Manager Imran Khaleel told Ma that his nipples were sexy when they were erect, and when a customer tweaked one of them, Khaleel asked: “Did you like it?”
He also asked Ma whether he was a virgin before singing the Madonna song “Like a Virgin”.
An employment tribunal ruled that Mr Ma had suffered harassment because of his sexuality and awarded him £21,571.
“I am delighted to have won but the money cannot compensate me for the harassment and humiliation I experienced,” Mr Ma said.
