Electro popsters HOT CHIP head up this week's music on sales, with new dates on sale at 9am tomorrow (Friday). Also on sale are JOHN MAYER who returns to London, THE MUSIC with a UK tour, ART GARFUNKEL and THE STRANGLERS.
CHRIS ROCK has been a huge hit on his 2008 UK dates. He continues the tour with regional dates at the end of May, on sale 10am Saturday.
Already on sale are London's premier outdoor dance event SOUTH WEST FOUR, TEGAN & SARA, and RIDERS ON THE STORM, plus it's the last chance this week to grab early bird tickets for JAY-Z's headline date at the O2 WIRELESS FESTIVAL.

Nottingham, Manchester and Edinburgh dates on sale 10am Saturday 26 April.
The American comedian has added these regional dates, having already sold out numerous shows in London and elsewhere in 2008. We just can't get enough of him and it's not hard to see why seeing as he's been voted fifth greatest stand-up comedian of all time by Comedy Central.

This British electro pop band creates imaginative and melodramatic pop music. They are well-known for reinventing their songs live on stage, creating unique versions compared to the album tracks.
JOHN MAYER
London date on sale 9am Friday 25 April.
John Mayer is an exciting new singer/songwriter from across the pond. His debut album "Room for Squares" catapulted him to stardom on a worldwide basis. His new music represents a musical maturity, with influences of blues, rock and pop. He has collaborated with BB King and toured with Sheryl Crow, a huge achievement for a guy who started out on the Atlanta club circuit.

This English rock band formed straight from school and have had huge success since 1999. In the bands own words "We've always known that we can be a great band. RIDERS ON THE STORM
London Forum date.
Ray Manzarek and Robby Krieger have a new front man - ex-Fuel lead singer Brett Scallions. This has filled the void created when The Cult's Ian Astbury departed the group last month. They are now complete to carry on with their project - Riders on the Storm, which in the words of Krieger is "about giving a voice to the body of work we created with Jim in a live setting."
THE STRANGLERS
New dates on sale 9am Friday 25 April.
With 32 Top 40 UK hits spanning more than three decades, The Stranglers are a British music institution. They have returned to a four-piece line-up, with founding keyboardist Dave Greenfield, original drummer Jet Black, and original bassist Jean-Jacques Burnel, who shares vocal duties with guitarist Baz Warne, who joined the group in 2001. Over the years the band has attracted notoriety through its lyrics and in your face performances.
FOO FIGHTERS

Having commemorated their tenth anniversary with a sold out arena tour last year, they are back with their sixth studio album "Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace" and more arena dates in the UK. The album reconciles the bands every strength and sensibility and is said to be the most complex and confident Foo Fighters album to date.

OLAFUR ARNALDS
Only 21 years of age, Olafur Arnalds hails from the suburban Icelandic town, Mosfellsaer, just a few kilometers outside Reykjavik. Mixing strings with loops, ambiance, electronics and beats, Arnalds combines classical instrumentation with an indie-rock aesthetic that draws comparison to Sigur Ros.
YNDI HALDA
Yndi Halda writes the sort of songs that simultaneously break and mend hearts. Their songs weave together driving guitars to create expansive orchestral indie-rock. This will be the band's first UK show in 2008, having spent the first half of the year in their hilltop barn, busily crafting new songs for their forthcoming LP.
KHALED
Khaled is the undisputed King of Rai, Algeria's rocking take on the blues, and "one of the great singers in the world today" (The Observer). His live performances are a musical celebration of life and love, expressed with burning passion and spirit. Part of Groove Nations at the Barbican.
MARIZA
Two special concerts with the great Portuguese fado singer.
After hearing Mariza in concert at the Royal Albert Hall it was hard to believe that it was only in 2002 that she made her UK debut in a small London venue. She has come a long way since then, and this weekend of concerts at the Barbican reflects her musical journey so far, plus she will perform material from her new album that's due for release in late Autumn. "When Mariza sings, time stands still. Every word is sung with intense concentration, every note hit flawlessly. When she pauses for dramatic effect, we are all with her." - Charlie Gillett, BBC Radio 3.

Radiohead formed in 1986 at Abingdon school in Oxfordshire under the name On A Friday. It was a further seven years until Thom Yorke and his friends found mainstream success. THE ROSE TREE JAM
This two day festival held at the beautiful Bowood House is all about enjoying great live music from some of today's finest musicians, in a setting dreams are made of! It is a non-camping event so there is no need for a two mile hike to pitch a tent. The event is playing host to some great live acts - headlining the Friday is Mark Ronson and The Version Players, also with Calvin Harris, Sam Sparro and Natty. WOMAD
The aim of WOMAD (World of Art, Music and Dance) is to bring together and celebrate many forms of music, arts and dance drawn from countries and cultures all over the world. Inspired by Peter Gabriel, he says "The festivals have always been wonderful and unique occasions and have succeeded in introducing an international audience to many talented artists." The festival is returning to the beautiful Charlton Park this summer with a selection of the best music, food and entertainment on the planet. Amongst the developments this year are an Irish Ceilidh, a Sufi Night, Percussion and Dance Workshops and a Taste Cafe.
HOODOO GURUS
For over twenty years and eight albums, Australia's Hoodoo Gurus have given the world a dozen classic anthems, topped the charts and gained cult hero status. They are back in the UK and playing The Forum in July.
