They’ve produced a gorgeous calendar with the aim of raising £100,000 to support type 1 diabetes research, funded by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
As the world’s leading charitable funder of type 1 diabetes research, the JDRF exists to find a cure.
In the UK there are over about 350,000 people living with type 1 diabetes, of which 25,000 are children.
People with type 1 diabetes rely on multiple insulin injections or pump infusions every day just to stay alive, until a cure is found.
The men photographed in the A Man For All Seasons calendar are a group of real guys who live healthy lifestyles, and the calendar has been themed to highlight healthy and active sportsmen taking care of their diet and exercise routines.
Professional photographer, Ross MacLennan has created stunning shots highlighting the importance of nutrition, fitness and lifestyle choices.
The 12” x 12” (304 x 304mm) black and white calendar is on sale at £10 and unusually more than 90% of the sales proceeds will support type 1 diabetes research.
