Win A Nissan Cube - Terms and Conditions
1. Entrants to this Competition are bound by the entry instructions and these terms.
2. This Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Pride Life or Nissan, their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
3. There will be 1 Competition winner. The winner is entitled to a Nissan Cube
4. The Competition closes at midnight on 06/09/2010 and the draw for the Nissan Cube will take place on around 07/09/2010. The winner will be chosen independently and at random from all valid entries received from 22/05/2010 until 06/09/2010. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Nissan Cube winner will be notified free of charge.
5. The prizes are as stated and no full cash or other alternatives are available. The prizes can only be awarded to persons, other than the winners, with the written permission of the Promoter.
6. The winners will receive a reply within two working days of the draw with details of how to claim their reward. No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for any technical or other error that may arise with any entry.
7. Closing date for all entries: 06/09/2010 midnight.
8. By entering the prize draw, winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required.
9. Name and town of the winner will be available to anyone sending a stamped address envelope to “Results, Nissan Cube Competition, Pride Life Limited, Mermaid House, 2 Puddle Dock, London EC4V 3DS” between the 7th September 2010 and 24th September 2010.
10. By entering the Competition entrants will be deemed to have signed up to Pride Life’s weekly e-newsletter. Entrants are free to unsubscribe on receipt without penalty.
11. Pride Life may withdraw this Competition where necessary if circumstances arise that are beyond its control.
12. The winner will be randomly selected from entrants.
