More than 40,000 people are expected in the Welsh capital for the eleventh Cardiff Mardi Gras, with a star-studded list of supporters, patrons and celebrity performers.
There will be a week-long series of events leading up to the big day which will include concerts and dance performances, theatre groups and arts exhibitions and even tea dances!
International rugby union referee Nigel Owens is the new patron of the event and out rugby legend Gareth Thomas will be supporting Mardi Gras.
