There'a reason why Nottingham's called Queen of the Midlands - a recent survey found it had the seventh largest gay population in the counrty, with some of the most welcoming gay bars and gay clubs in the country.
Lasy yeat's gay Pride event pulled in 15,000 party-goers and this year's event promises to be even bigger and better with the Cheeky Girls, Kelly Wilde, the Dream Bears and alt-rock band Kenelis already booked to appear.
